The ratio of adults to students is approximately 1:5. Every room has at least one adult volunteer in it. All adults have gone through a thorough background check.
Each night staff does room checks to make such every student is in their room. Students are never allowed in the dorms of the opposite gender.
We hire a professional charter bus service to transport students and leaders to and from Crooked Creek Ranch. If the weather is severe, the bus company may decide to delay departure to ensure the safety of all. In the event of a delayed departure, we will notify families by email as soon as we hear from the bus company.
If your student must be driven up late to or picked up early from Crooked Creek Ranch, this form must be submitted one week before the retreat.
